The Goal

Simply stated, the aim of the CBC Equipping Institute is found in Colossians 1:28- "to present every person mature in Christ."  Each class is designed to help you grow in scriptural knowledge, godly character, and mission alignment- providing practical tools and personal confidence.  As you grow in these three areas, you will be equipped for effective service, both in the body of Christ and to a needy world.  A selection of classes (both Bible based and topic based) are offered on a rotating basis over the course of three years.

Classes Currently Offered

The 2011 Spring Term classes are:

1) Ephesians: Part 2, taught by Jon Giacomelli in the Annex Building Room A-112 

2) Cults & World Religions, taught by Don Heinz in the Annex Building Room A-111

3) Bible Study Methods, taught by Cy Smith and Tim Phillips in the Annex building upstairs.

Classes meet every Sunday from 11:15 am and 12:15 pm.  Anyone interested in strengthening their spiritual growth in these areas are welcome to attend.
