Glen was officially ordained to the gospel ministry in May of 1999 and was invited to serve as the Senior Pastor of Community Bible Church in July of 2003.  Glen's ministry career spans 24 years and includes internships, directorships, and associate pastoral roles at at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California, Crossroads Bible Church in Bellevue, Washington, and East Bay Calvary Church in Traverse City, Michigan. Glen's educational background includes graduation from Los Angeles Baptist High School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications (Minor in Biblical Studies) from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA (his hometown). He currently continues to progress as an M. Div candidate with Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA.

With a discerning mind and a caring heart, Glen exudes a deep passion for knowing God, obeying Jesus, understanding the Scriptures and communicating the transforming power of the gospel. He is committed to the Lordship of Christ, the centrality of the local church, conservative biblical theology, compassionate & redemptive soul care, and authentic multi-generational community. 

He has been married for 21 years to his best friend and life partner, Nancie, who holds a degree in Elementary Education from The Master’s College.  Nancie grew up in a pastor's home in Grand Junction, CO.  They have three teenage children: Jonathan (16), Janea (14), and Jacob (12).
